We are excited to welcome you to Camp Pocono Pines!  As our guest, by booking your stay with us you are agreeing to abide by all of our terms, conditions, and procedures - which are outlined here. Our goal is to promote safety and enjoyment for all guests and to ensure that each guest is aware of the understandings between Camp Pocono Pines and the visiting parties. Below are our general Terms & Conditions.

Deposit, Cancellation and Changes Policy:
A 100% deposit is required at time of booking. Cancellations made 14 days before check-in will receive a full refund minus a $50 cancellation fee per cottage. Cancellations made less than 14 days are subject to full cost of the stay. Please email your cancellation requests to frontdesk@pinelandexpress.com

Check-In Policy:
Camp Pocono Pines has no on-site concierge, personnel or night staff. Prior to your arrival you will be provided with a 4 digit access code for your cottage.
Check-in: 3:00 PM
Check-out: 10:00 AM

Parking:
The Green, Yellow and Blue Cottages allow for one parking spot per booking.
The Black, Peach and Red Cottages allow for two parking spots per booking. The Black Cottage has it's own driveway and Peach & Red share a driveway - guests of the Red Cottage park on the left side and guests of the Peach Cottage park on the right side. 

Early Arrivals and Late Departures:
Early arrivals and late departures may be available for an extra fee! Email us at frontdesk@pinelandexpress.com to confirm availability. 

Quiet Hours:
Camp is located in a quiet residential community. Quiet hours are from 10pm-8am.  No parties or unauthorized events... aka loud gatherings with DJs, kegs and rowdy behavior. A fun group hangout with adult beverages is a-ok!

Property Rights:
Should any action by a guest be deemed inappropriate by the Camp Pocono Pines, or if any inappropriate behavior is brought to the attention of the our staff, Camp Pocono Pines reserves the right to request that the guest vacate their room without refund.

Accessibility:
Due to the nature of the property, Camp Pocono Pines is walk-up only. There is no elevator or handicap access.


No Party Policy:

Camp Pocono Pines enforces a strict No Party Policy for the comfort and security of all guests and the property. Excessive noise will not be tolerated at any time. Should guest violate this policy, a violation will result in immediate eviction from the property without refund and a violation fee.

Photography:
Commercial photography and filming are prohibited on property without prior approval from Camp Pocono Pines. Any unauthorized use of images Camp Pocono Pines or its contents is strictly prohibited and will result in a fee of up to $1,000.

Housekeeping:
We provide a full housekeeping service prior to check-in and after check-out. We do not offer mid-stay housekeeping services. We may be able to offer mid stay housekeeping on a case by case basis for an additional charge. Please contact us if interested.

100% Smoke-Free:
Smoking is prohibited inside the cottages at Camp Pocono Pines. Any evidence of smoking or complaints made from other guests will result in a fee of up to $1,000. This includes smoking tobacco, marijuana, illegal drugs, e-cigarettes, vape pens, diffusers, hookahs, incense and cigars.

Pets:
Camp Pocono Pines is a pet-friendly environment in our common space and designated cottages only. An additional fee will be added for your stay. If a pet is found in a non-pet friendly cottage, a fee of up to $1,000 will be charged if violated. All dogs must be leashed when out in the common spaces.

Furniture and Room Furnishings:
All furniture, furnishings and kitchenware must be returned to it’s original placement prior to checking out. Items cannot be removed or moved to another room. Violations will result in an additional fee.

Damage, Missing Items & Excessive Cleaning:
Upon booking we require a credit card on hold for any damages and excessive cleanings beyond normal use of our amenities incurred during the guest's stay. The guest authorizes Camp Pocono Pines to charge the cost of repair of such damage or loss of such items caused by themselves, or any person for whom they are responsible. Such damage would include the cost of cleaning bedding and upholstery, and fumigation if the guest smokes in a room, and/or damage to furniture, rugs, walls and fixtures as well as replacing missing items such as bedding, towels, furnishings, kitchenware, etc.
